Claims for wrinkle prevention creams have been around since Cleopatra. But a wrinkle prevention pillow?  It’s a breakthrough…and Amy Levy PR showed the public that it works. 

 

GOALS:

 

Expose both consumers and retail buyers to the Wrinkle Prevention Pillow to increase sales. Position creator Patty Colman as a Beauty Sleep Expert.

MEDIA OUTREACH:

We secured press in local and national health & beauty print and online outlets including: Natural Health, Star, At Home Tennessee, LA Mom, 15 Minute Beauty, Bedtime Network and more.



COLLATERAL:

Amy Levy PR created a new logo and brand identity for the company. We also copy edited the website and weekly blog posts on the company’s Beauty Sleep Blog

HOT CHERRY PILLOW

Whoever said laughter is the best medicine forgot about relaxation.  The Hot Cherry Pillow is a therapeutic aid that keeps you calm by delighting the senses and warming the heart – literally.  Place it in the microwave for just a few minutes, and it holds moist heat to help relax the muscles.  Made with real cherry pits inside, Hot Cherry Pillows emit the familiar, enticing scent of fresh cherry pie!

 

GOALS:

To brand Hot Cherry Pillows as an integral part of any health and wellness regimen.  We also wanted to garner attention from physical therapy and massage professionals. 

 

 

TACTICS:


WEBSITE:

Amy Levy PR completed an overhaul of the entire website to give it a warmer and more welcoming feel.  We redesigned it, wrote new copy, inserted new photos and started a blog. 



MEDIA OUTREACH:

We reached out to national holiday gift guides and trade magazines, and emphasized that Hot Cherry Pillows make great gifts for friends, colleagues, parents and kids.  We secured placement on the Today Show as well as in national blogs and magazines, including  Living.Well Magazine, Uber Apparatus,  The Healthy Voyager, Two Classy Chics, Modern Day Moms and  At Home Memphis.

 

SOCIAL MEDIA:

We facilitated interaction with the brand’s followers through Facebook and Twitter, and created a Pinterest account for the company.



RESULTS:

The company’s sales (both wholesale and consumer) have significantly increased since our campaign.
