Amy Levy PR wishes you a happy, healthy and prosperous New Year. We look forward to working with you in 2014. While we are eager for many more wonderful moments to come, 2013 had many successes. Take a look at the Top Ten Amy Levy PR Highlights of the past year:

 

10. Antigravity Batteries in Penthouse magazine

Antigravity Batteries introduced the Micro-Start PPS, a handheld battery pack that can charge iPhones, laptops, GPS units and still have enough power to jump start a car or powersports vehicle. Knowing that every traveler, extreme sports enthusiast, camper and driver in the world would want it, Amy Levy PR spread the word. The story was picked up by many eager publications, including the ever-popular Penthouse magazine.

 

9. Author Richard Greenberg on Studio 11

We loved working with "Common Sense Dad" Richard Greenberg, the author of Raising Children that Other People Like to be Around: 5 Common-Sense Musts from a Father's Point of View. We helped him launch his book with book signings, speaking engagements and events, including an interview on Fox's Studio 11 in Los Angeles.

 

8. Venice Bakery at the International Pizza Expo

We helped Venice Bakery prepare for the International Pizza Expo in Las Vegas, but we couldn't have been prepared for what a wonderful time we had at the show. We partnered with the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness to teach restaurant owners how to develop gluten-free menus and avoid cross-contamination, brought traffic to Venice Bakery's booth, and met leaders from all facets of the pizza industry - including companies that specialize in brick ovens, pizza slicers and even gumball machines!

 

7. Oh Yes! Foods at the Natural Products Expo

We launched Doc's Nutrilicious Oh Yes! Pizza at one of largest trade shows in the industry. We worked their booth, developed collateral materials, brought press over to try the pizza and more. In the process, we learned so much about all of the companies in the natural food market, and even met a few new clients along the way. We can't wait to accompany Oh Yes! Pizza at the Natural Products Expo again in March 2014.

 

6. Launching JaneKaren Designs

When JaneKaren Designs founder Jayne Rothblatt showed us the beautiful handbags she had been working on this year, we couldn't wait to get our hands on them. We developed a marketing plan, created the website, made social media pages and began press outreach. We have seen a tremendous response to her bags, and have already secured stories. We are excited to help the company grow.

 

5. The New AmyLevyPR.com

Early this year, we completed an overhaul of the Amy Levy PR website. Now you'll find more information about what we do, news about our company and clients, case studies and more. The website is updated often, so stop by every once in a while to see what's new!

 

4. Artist Kirk O'Hara's Cover Story in the Arizona Republic

Kirk O'Hara, an artist based in Mesa, Arizona, came to us to help him raise awareness of his work and unique method. Our efforts garnered a cover story in the Arizona Republic - the biggest newspaper in the state - as well as cover stories in The View, The Groves Report and in Uber Apparatus' holiday gift guide.

 

3. Hot Cherry Pillows' Debut on the TODAY show

We've been telling the press - and everyone else we know - what wonderful gifts Hot Cherry Pillows make. The TODAY show took notice. The producers included the therapeutic pillows in their Christmas Eve last-minute holiday gift segment, and we couldn't be more thrilled.

 

2. Celiac Awareness Month Good Day LA segment

To celebrate Celiac Awareness Month in March, we secured a segment on Good Day LA that featured three of our gluten-free food clients (Venice Bakery, Oh Yes! Pizza and Mina's Purely Divine) as well as Dr. Amy Burkhart, the Celiac MD. Dr. Burkhart shared with the audience the differences between Celiac disease, gluten intolerance and gluten sensitivity, and presented our clients as some of the best options for those who need to be gluten-free.

 

1. Amy Levy PR's New Gluten-Free Division

We are among the leaders in gluten-free marketing, and this year, we made it official. We launched a new Gluten-Free Marketing division within the company and took on new gluten-free clients, including Coffeecake Connection, Luce's Gluten-Free Artisan Breads, Mina's Purely Divine and Doc's Nutrilicious. The Los Angeles Business Journal recognized our efforts and ran a story about Amy Levy PR's new division.
