Amy Levy PR's New Gluten-Free Division

The gluten-free industry is growing exponentially as more people are diagnosed with Celiac disease, gluten intolerance and gluten sensitivity.   Amy Levy PR is proud to oversee the marketing strategies for several leading brands in the gluten-free sector.  


We first delved into the market segment with upscale casual restaurant chain Rosti Tuscan Kitchen three years ago, when Amy recommended that the restaurant create a gluten-free (GF) menu that would feature their popular pasta and pizza dishes without the wheat. Today, Amy Levy PR has developed strong relationships with the Celiac and GF communities, including gluten-free bloggers, editors and organizations that help patients make the transition to a GF lifestyle.  


We have secured reviews and articles about our clients in both gluten-free and mainstream publications and websites, including Shape magazine, SheKnows.com, Mom Cooks Gluten-Free and Mom What's for Dinner, among many others. We also frequently work with the National Foundation for Celiac Awareness (NFCA) and the Celiac Disease Foundation (CDF). 


Last month, Amy Levy PR secured a segment on Fox's Good Day LA for Celiac Awareness Month that exclusively featured our gluten-free clients Dr. Amy Burkhart, Mina's Purely Divine, Venice Bakery and Oh Yes! Pizza.
