Venice Bakery Succeeds at the 2013 National Restaurant Association Show

 

 

Amy Levy PR helped Venice Bakery prepare to exhibit at the 2013 National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago last month. Visitors flocked to their booth to try the company's award-winning gluten-free pizza crusts, wraps, cookies and flatbreads.   The company has helped the NFCA champion their GREAT Kitchens program that educates restaurants about avoiding cross-contamination when preparing and serving gluten-free items.

 

We prepared Venice Bakery's booth banner and flyers, and reached out to local press who covered the event.
